- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Great place to bank at. I switched from another bank, and really glad I bank here. The staff are great, they remember who I am when I come in to do my banking. They also have other locations in the surrounding area that are nice and friendly too. I'm a small business owner and use their online banking. Sometimes I need telephone support, and get a live person on the other line instantaneously who is courteous and knowledgeable.By song-yan guo, December 12, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was happy for awhile after opening my account, but Heritage moves people all over and new people can't get to know you before going elsewhere. I don't want to be treated like I'm the stranger! "Can I see your driver's license please"? There is always a wait, even when there isn't a line. They also raised fees.
